Returns & Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes, you may change your mind after receiving your purchase. At Chaani8, we value your satisfaction and want you to be delighted with every item you buy. If for any reason you're not, we offer a simple 3-step return process and issue a refund in the form of a coupon code for future use.
Return Process – 3 Easy Steps
1. Inform
To initiate a return, email us at sales@chaani8.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the product name, and clear images of the item. Upon approval, you may proceed with the return.
2. Return
Once approved, ship the product back to us within 5 days of receiving confirmation. Please ensure:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging.

All tags and accessories are intact.

You use a reliable courier service and share tracking details with us
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We will not accept products that are damaged or missing original packaging.
3. Refund
After we receive and inspect the returned item, a coupon code equivalent to the product value will be shared with you via email within 3 working days. This coupon can be used on your next purchase and is valid for 1 year.
Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Most orders are processed within 2 hours.

For COD orders, we will call to confirm before shipping.

For prepaid orders, cancellations before dispatch are eligible for a refund (5% deduction applies for payment gateway charges).

If you placed a prepaid order and did not receive confirmation, please contact us before placing a new one to avoid duplicate charges.
Refund Mode

Refunds are issued only in the form of a coupon code (one-time use, valid for 1 year).

No bank refunds will be provided except in cases of order cancellations before shipment.
Deductions & Conditions

₹250 will be deducted from prepaid orders not accepted upon delivery (includes forward & reverse shipping).

Refund coupon codes used on unaccepted orders will expire and cannot be reused.

Orders with free shipping offers will have ₹125 deducted from refunds to cover initial shipping costs.

Refund coupon codes can be used for a maximum of 2 returns related to the original order.

Orders placed using a refund code cannot combine other offer codes.

If a COD order is not accepted, any token amount paid is non-refundable. If the token exceeds ₹250, the balance will be issued as a coupon code.
Eligibility Criteria

Only unused items returned in original packaging are eligible for a refund.

Items returned after 5 days from approval or without prior notice within 48 hours of delivery are not eligible.

Used, damaged, or improperly returned items will not be refunded. You can request return of such items by paying ₹125 or collecting them from our warehouse.
Damaged Products Policy
We follow a 3-Level Quality Check process before dispatch. However, in rare cases, damage may occur during transit.
Steps to Follow:
1. Notify within 48 Hours
Send an email to sales@gmail.com with unboxing photos or videos clearly showing the issue. Our team will respond within 48 hours.
2. Reverse Pickup (India Only)
If eligible, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost. The product must be ready when the courier arrives; otherwise, you'll need to ship it yourself.
3. Resolution
Once we receive the product and confirm the damage, we will:
- Ship a replacement (subject to availability), or

Issue a refund coupon code for the item value (valid for 1 year)
Note: No bank refunds are issued in damage/return cases. We only provide replacements or refund codes.
